Galion Community Theatre was incorporated as a 501(c)(3) organization in 1984 and purchased the Galion Theatre in 1993. Our organization is governed by a fifteen-member, volunteer board of directors which oversees, maintains, and repairs the theatre; raises funding; and produces an annual season of theatrical productions and community-centered events.
For nearly 40 years, GCT has endeavored to develop a community appreciation for the performing arts. In doing so, we’ve touched the lives of thousands of people who have performed on this stage and who have filled the seats in our theatre.
This past season has been one for regrowth, and we are incredibly grateful for the support we have received from our community. We are privileged to be able to continue providing our audiences with quality productions and to collaborate with other local organizations in order to make Galion a vibrant place in which to live.
