Follow Elle Woods, the fashionable sorority queen who surprises everyone by enrolling at Harvard Law School to win back her ex-boyfriend. Along the way, Elle discovers her true potential, proving to the world—and herself—that she’s so much more than meets the eye. As Elle would say, “What, like it’s hard?”
This high-energy musical is packed with catchy songs, hilarious moments, and empowering messages about staying true to yourself and always having faith in your abilities. Because, as Elle reminds us, “You must always have faith in yourself.”

JOSEPH AND THE AMAZING TECHNICOLOR DREAMCOAT
Galion Community Theatre is ecstatic to be putting on Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat as our 2025 youth production! This beloved musical tells the biblical story of Joseph, a dreamer with a colorful coat and big ambitions, whose journey takes him from being sold into slavery by his brothers to becoming Pharaoh’s trusted advisor. With unforgettable songs like “Any Dream Will Do” and “Go, Go, Go Joseph”, this timeless tale of perseverance, forgiveness, and family will captivate audiences of all ages.
At GCT, we believe in the importance of providing opportunities for young performers to shine. Our production features a talented cast of actors aged 10-20, giving them a platform to explore their creativity, build confidence, and develop their skills on stage. Supporting youth theater not only nurtures the next generation of performers but also strengthens our vibrant arts community.

KINKY BOOTS
Galion Community Theatre is thrilled to close out 2025 with Kinky Boots! This Tony Award-winning musical, with music by Cyndi Lauper and a book by Harvey Fierstein, tells the inspiring true story of Charlie Price, who saves his family’s shoe factory with help from Lola, a fabulous drag performer. Together, they create high-heeled boots and discover “you change the world when you change your mind.”
Filled with dazzling choreography, vibrant costumes, and heart, Kinky Boots celebrates friendship, acceptance, and being true to yourself. Because, as Lola says, “The most beautiful thing in the world is… all of us being who we are.”
